Our vision is the creation of a "franchisee-friendly" lodging system, eliminating the frustrations of dealing with many major franchises, while providing one of the most affordable, cost-effective lodging systems available in today's franchising marketplace. ClubHouse® franchisees are not required to pay excessive franchise fees or sign multiple year contracts, and are not subjected to unreasonable termination contracts or penalties. Our franchisees are not required to use franchise-approved vendors, attend expensive training schools, pay for conventions they do not attend, or implement franchise programs that are not cost effective.
The ClubHouse® system allows those who seek more flexibility in franchise terms the ability to integrate their knowledge and years of expertise in hotel ownership, management or development with a nationwide lodging franchise. Quality Brand Segmentation The ClubHouse® franchising system is proud of its unsurpassed quality in brand segmentation. We have developed brands for all market segments, from corporate to leisure, from transient to extended stay. With innovative prototype designs and superior hotel operations, we have created a hotel chain that travelers can rely on to provide comfort and luxury, combining elements of a sophisticated, modern hotel with the comforts of home.
Standard amenities found in each ClubHouse® property rival those found in their individual competitive markets. For just one modest room fee, ClubHouse® guests enjoy a myriad of "little extras." All ClubHouse® facilities feature swimming pools, fitness centers and 24-hour complimentary coffee and tea. Guestroom amenities include coffeemaker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, internet data ports, free local calls, key card or electronic door locks, and automated voice and wake-up calling systems. Excluding resorts, all locations offer a frequent stay program, and children 18 and younger stay free in their parent's room.
ClubHouse® Inn is much more than a standard rooms-only product. In addition to the standard ClubHouse® amenities, these properties offer a complimentary continental breakfast. This brand provides exceptional facilities and services for the value-conscious business or leisure traveler. These hotels cater to families and businesses in the mid-scale and economy market.
ClubHouse® Inn & Suites are mid-scale properties tailored to meet the needs of guests seeking either a traditional guestroom or a more spacious and luxurious room. With extensive amenities, this brand combines the best of the ClubHouse® Inn and ClubHouse® Suites brands. Guests are treated to a complimentary hot breakfast buffet as well as two complimentary beverages in the evening. The primary market segments for this facility are weekday business travelers and government employees on a per diem, and families on weekends.
ClubHouse® Suites are upscale, all-suite properties that cater to the upper-end, extended stay, special occasion and larger family markets. These properties feature oversized one- and two-room suites, and specially designed loft-style suites equipped with fireplace, whirlpool and luxury amenities. All suites feature comfortable living area and kitchen facilities, while the spacious two-room suites provided separate sleeping and living areas. Each ClubHouse® Suites property will also feature a whirlpool, meeting facilities, and upgraded amenities and décor.
ClubHouse® Hotel and ClubHouse® Hotel & Suites are properties that accommodate the needs of those who require a more spacious facility, with significant appeal to both the business and leisure guests. These properties provide first-class amenities and décor, meeting and banquet space, and a complimentary breakfast, or are attached to or adjacent to a restaurant and lounge. It is an upscale market catering to the business traveler during the week and couples and families on weekends.
ClubHouse® Resort and Conference Centers are first-class, full-service upscale properties designed for those seeking a family-friendly oasis or for those requiring extensive meeting and banquet services to host large conferences or gatherings. These properties will operate in the upper end of the mid-scale market and provide an extensive assortment of adjacent or attached recreational activities such as golfing, tennis, downhill skiing, horseback riding, spa facilities, on-site water park, and a wide array of water sports. The market for this facility will be the business-oriented traveler during the week, and couples and families on weekends.
